Senior Softball

Come play with the Senior Softball League. Players must be 55 years of age or better. Starting in March, the team will practice on Wednesdays from 5:00pm - 6:30pm and Saturdays from 9:00am - 12:00pm at Creekside Park. No registration required. Anyone interested in playing can contact Charlie Stewart at (252) 633-6553.

Spring 2008 Co-Ed Softball

The Spring 2008 Co-Ed Softball season will begin Friday, April 11, 2008.  All games will be played on Friday nights with make-ups on Saturday nights.  An organization meeting will be held Thursday March 20, 2008, 7pm-8pm in Craven County Administration Building.  The deadline to enter a team will be March 25, 2008.  A $100, non-refundable deposit must be paid by this date.  If you have any questions, please call the Recreation office at (252) 636-6606. New Bern Girls Babe Ruth Softball-2008

It's time to "play ball". New Bern Girls Babe Ruth Softball League will be holding Spring 2008 Registration at Twin Rivers Mall on Saturday, February 16th and Saturday, February 23rd from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. We will be fielding teams in the following age divisions: 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U. All players who are at least 5 years of age as of April 30, 2008, and not older than 18 years of age as of December 31, 2007 are eligible. First time players are asked to bring a copy of your birth certificate for age verification.

Vanceboro Youth Basketball

The Vanceboro Youth Basketball League is for boys and girls ages 6-12. Registration is held in October and November, with practices starting in December. Games are played on Saturdays in January and February at Vanceboro Farm Life Elementary School. New Bern Little League

The 2008 Spring season is now underway. The New Bern Area Little League (NBALL) will begin registration January 25, 2008 through February 22, 2008.  Registration forms are available at New Bern Sporting Goods and On Deck Sports Center.  There will be an on-site registration at Chick-fil-A February 12, 2008 from 5pm to 8pm.  Fees are $40 for major/minor and $30 for T-ball/Rookie. The NBASA office is located at 403-B Airport Road, New Bern, NC 28560. The office phone number is (252) 635-6700 and the hot-line number is (252) 635-6677.You may reach them in the office Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

Registration Fees:

New players to NBASA will need to purchase a uniform; the Uniform fee is $24.00 which includes a jersey, shorts, and a pair of soccer socks.

Players may also register by mail or at the office.Registration forms may be downloaded from the web site at www.nbasa.com, or they may be picked up from the mailbox just outside the Soccer Office. If you have not played in the NBASA before, please bring a non-notarized copy of a document with the players date of birth; they will need to retain this document for their files. Registration forms received after August 18, 2006 will be placed on teams with spots available.The web site and hot-line will have this information as soon as it is available.

NBASA Adult League:
